Green Tomato Cafe

This place used to be fantastic. Absolutely horrible now. They are under bee ownership and they could not be more clueless as to how to run a successful restaurant. The 'cherry on top' is that they charge an extra $3 for all credit card transactions - no matter the size! I've never witnessed such stupidity. Neither myself nor any of the members of my party will EVER go back to The Green Tomato!

Amazing service under new management. I went in with a group of friends on a Saturday craving some good homemade southern food and upon arrival we were greeted by warm friendly smiles. There are many options to choose from which all looked amazing, I wanted to try everything. For the portions that I received, the price was unbelievably good compared to other southern food spots. My favorites were the peach cobbler, baked chicken and Mac & Cheese. It tasted so good and we can’t wait to come back again.

Good place for a quick dinner, solid meals. Lots of fried food though... usually 1 or 2 meats that are not fried and decent sides. Most of the meals come with a drink so if you drink tea or pop you can get out the door for around $12.
