Cook Out

Cool Out is always a go to for late night cravings. Banana pudding milkshake? Yum. 4 stars for this location only because they’re always out of something. Staff is good about providing alternatives, though, and always friendly.

There really should be an option for zero stars. The customer service has got to be the nastiest I have ever seen at this location. Literally there is a guy working the window in a dirty hoodie (No uniform AT ALL) and a hat to the back and has an attitude because he got the order wrong. I don't have an accent, I speak only English and he got the order wrong and huffed and puffed when I asked him for the correct thing. Fact is, he did not have what my son wanted and substituted it on his own. Then, he asked for the wrong shake back as if I wanted it in the first place. And I think... I've never worked in food service before, but I think they are not supposed to take food back into the window. Something about sanitation. Don't worry about us, we'll keep going to the one on Cobb parkway.

Went to the Austell road location (drive thru). Cashier was friendly. Food was burned. (Nuggets) fries had been sitting and had gotten stale and soggy. But it was only $4 but I was hungry and couldn’t eat it . Won’t be coming back
