I've been coming to this location for many years and will say most the time everything is good. My visit today was less than ok. Why is the dining room still closed? There's no pandemic of covid anymore? The drive thru was very long waiting time, the employees are not courteous and attentive on the orders. Our meal today was all wrong and not very good, but after getting home with the food, I didn't want to drive back and wait forever so we ate what was given to us. I don't like giving bad reviews, but this isn't the first time this has happened to me. This location really needs help in every area. The sign says close at 8pm due to staffing!

The general manager Leo Smith was very unprofessional and very rude! I was otp with my daughter while she was about to order my food and he came on the speaker and said they not open yet (10:30) and it's going to be a while. My daughter asked how long it's going to be and he didn't respond after asking twice. So I put my daughter on hold and called and I told him my daughter is there and he immediately cut me off saying "and I told her that it's going to be a while yelling and he started to laugh like it's funny and said they didn't have no employees" and as I'm asking for his name he refused to give it to me and hung up! I called back and he told me his name was Leo Smith and said that he was the general manager. I will be calling corporate tomorrow Monday! This is unacceptable behavior and he does not deserve to be any type of manager acting like that! I also have the whole conversation recorded from the time my daughter pulled up to the speaker! I will be emailing to corporate that
