Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

The food is very good....however, now you are handed a pay device that has various tip levels to tap. Sorry, pay your employees a fair wage and don't hit me up for a "fast food tip."

This location didn’t take the chip from my card, said they only could take swipe and the swipe doesn’t work on my card… they then made me give back all of the food they gave me through the window. I haven’t been somewhere that doesn’t read a card chip in a really long time. It was a really embarrassing and rude experience. Not the employee’s fault for not being able to take my payment, but they could’ve been nicer about it.

I’m not going to be overly critical because as a bar / restaurant owner I know the struggles to find good help. But I’ll make a couple of observations. 1. What is the point of ordering online if they are waiting until you get there to make ur order. I order online so my order is ready when I get there and I don’t need to do anything but pick it up, The last two times I’ve sat at the window while they finished my order. 2. Tonight the young lady appeared to be FaceTiming with someone while she made my order, I like going to good times and the food is good but the service at this location is not good.
