Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just got the smallest burrito from any Chipotle I've ever gotten and they had the nerve to charge me $11 for it. Dont waste your money at this location when other locations still make their XL burritos they're known for.

Can't make an order right from online and not much better in person. Watch them like a hawk or they will skimp or completely forget something. Screwed up mine and one of the kids orders cause I was busy with 3 orders. They also won't do meat on the side for the kids quesadilla like every other chipoltle I've gone to has. Girl who said they didn't do that was a bit rude about it.

I love Chipotle. This location is terrible. We've come many times. They do not allocate their staff well, it takes forever to get through the line, and online orders are always late. The staff is lethargic (painfully slow!), apathetic, and rude. I'm sure they're nice people from day to day, but they obviously hate working here and don't care about providing minimal customer service. We've even done a large group order for a catered event and it was prepared almost an hour late. I'm not sure what could improve this situation... better management or corporate review? This location needs help!!! Also: they lie and say online orders are ready when they are not.
