Gom Shabu Shabu

When you enter the host takes you to your table and fills your hot pot with a basic broth. You will then choice a protein, dipping sauce, and any extra appitizers. There's a buffet style ingredient bar for you to get unlimited veggies, noodles, fish cakes, etc. You put all ingredients in yourself and enjoy. Over all we enjoied everything. Wish the broth was a little more flavorful.

Finally found a decent restaurant in suwanee. Used to go to Duluth all the time but that can be a bit of a hike for a quick local bite. Love the self-serve veggies option. I wish they had more variety for add-ons and entree option like J's Mini, but the quality is great and also very clean. This will be on my A-list and will be returning regularly!

The service was good. However, the meat portion was a bit smaller for the price point 19.99 for the beef, but the vegetables and other side dishes are unlimited. I’m more dissatisfied with what was charged than what was stated on the menu, which does not reflect the price accurately (16.99 vs 19.99). I think its ok to increase the price, but the business needs to be transparent to the consumers.
