do NOT come dine in here. it takes 1 hr for items that are not pizza. on a dead night with a few tables we sat here and waited an HOUR for wings and pasta. server didn’t bring refills either. when the food finally came the food was so cold they had to send it back and it looked like disgusting. non edible. the pasta had absolutely no sauce and huge pieces of broccoli. who made this food? children? never coming back to this location again. what a waste of money

I originally had problems with this Giordano's location, but they are now doing EXTREMELY WELL since the Franchisee got bought out by Corporate! The Staff tries hard to make sure everything is right. I've been a customer of Giordano's for almost 4O years now! I've seen the good and bad over that time! I normally order a Large Stuffed; 2x spinach, 2x cheese, mushroom, pepperoni, black olives and 1/2 ANCHOVY! LOL!!! My wife can't quite handle the anchovy yet, but my 15yr-old daughter loves it! The pie is always ready to go when we arrive and we live about 12 blocks away. Current pick-up with the Covid-19 virus is not a problem, but wear a mask. Enjoy! UPDATE: With this Giordano's location, if anything, the product quality, consistency, and customer service are doing better than ever! Management is constantly working with the Staff to maintain a great experience and Standards of the food. This place was the bomb! Service was a little slow but totally understand. They probably can't hire anyone. Our server did the best she could. The food was great. We spent a good deal of money here but it was well worth it. First time in Chicago and glad this was my first pizza in the area. It was all delicious.
