Last Sunday, my family and I stopped in for a quick lunch. We had a nice spot to sit outside by the fountain. Hospitality isn't dead. We were very taken care of by our servers. (Hadi) There were 7 of us, and my drink was never empty. The food was nice and hot well presented. Hugos frog bar was a laid-back, comfortable experience. Watching the kiddos looking at the fountain, the music playing was perfect. Everyone was nice That strawberry short cake is unforgettable
My husband and I celebrated our 8th anniversary. We both seafood lovers; we usually order clams, oysters, king crab legs, but this time we tried the famous frog legs for the first time. They were good and taste like chicken. Everything was amazing! I can't wait to come back and have them again!
My overall grade for Hugo’s Frog & Fish House in Naperville is: A+ Naperville has tons of places that come & go. But Hugo’s just like Meson Sabika are long-term plays that survive for a reason. Great & fresh seafood is their specialty. Yes, it’s pricey but worth it. Great cocktails & wine list. Great for lunch or dinner or brunch. Service is old-fashioned great service. Atmosphere is great for business meetings or dates or special occasions. I’ve been coming here for years. And I will keep coming back.
