Georgio's Oven Fresh Pizza Co

Like many others my children enjoy the pizza and I can order large amounts at an affordable price. This particular night I chose Georgio's because my car was snowed in, they were close, and they delivered. Pizza was delivered on time. As I was cleaning up the remaining pizza that my family didn't finish I noticed hair baked into the pizza crust. When we called, the manager stated, "accidents happen" and offered us a free pizza. Adding sausage to a pepperoni pizza is an accident not adding hair. Most restaurants have measures in place to prevent these types of "accidents."

I usually order from this location a few times a month for the past couple of years and have never had an issue until today. I ordered online and 20 minutes after my order was placed, someone called to tell me that they do not carry the dessert I ordered online - they had just not removed it from the menu yet. They canceled it from my order and refunded that part to my card. No big deal. Then I arrived at their pickup window and was told my order wasn't quite ready and it would take another 2 minutes. No problem. Twelve minutes later, no order, no update - but 2 cars have apparently pulled in behind me at the window. I am also now late for work. The owner then returns from making a delivery, I presume, and comes to the window to ask what I ordered. I tell him and without checking anything about my order, he tells me to pull my car up because there are cars behind me. Never went to see what was taking so long with my food, didn't apologize for how long I'd already been waiting. I refus

I placed an order at 11:44 am I was told it would be ready at 12:05pm It is currently 12:39pm and I am still waiting for my order with no explanation. This is inexcusable.
