Just stopped and Rm was gonna purchase three meals the young lady’s were so rude and disrespectful I simple drove off. She was having a conversation with a coworker with me and that person at the same time. I will never go back to that Burger King ever, they truly need a lesson on customer service and common Courtesy. Chick-fil-A every fast food should take some training form them on that one..

Worst customer service ever! Order taker always has an attitude with customers, like they’re being inconvenienced when they get a customer. I’ve deal with this one lady at every visit. While taking orders, she was completely rude. I waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru, as soon as I pulled up to the prompter no one said anything. I waited roughly 30 seconds to a minute before I tried to get the order taker’s attention. Immediately, there was a snarky attitude from the order taker. “One second!”, she aggressively said. That is no way to speak with a paying customer. It’s one thing to be having a bad day, but to take it out. The manager needs to be trained properly or fired if burger king wants to stay in business. I have placed an online order, still she is refusing to deliver the order. Management needs to seriously give her training.
