Genghis Grill

I came in for a to go order and Aaron was super welcoming and nice. He greeted me with smile and his upbeat, positive attitude. He was generous and apologetic when answering my questions regarding the lunch special they use to have and informed me on their sweepstakes to win a $100 gift card. Overall Aaron was kind, helpful, upbeat and had a positive energy. If you see this, thanks Aaron :)

We went in for lunch & were pleasantly surprised to see 20% off if you get take-out, so that what we did. Select bowl size & your choice from a variety of rices & noodles then go fill up your bowl with all the meats & veggies that will fit. Pick your sauce (don't forget to put it in one the little sauce cups hidden off to the side & not in the bowl!) Hand to the cook & watch the magic????

I got takeout and asked the griller to cook my bowl well done, which he cheerfully agreed to. When I got back to the office, I found that most of the bacon was incredibly soft, raw in fact. Looking closer, it appears that the bacon was just pushed around on the grill a little and changed color due to the sauce. Certainly not healthy to eat. This is the third time this has happened at this restaurant. No idea why, but the decline in quality is sad to see.
