Considering that I have NOT had good experiences with my local Chick-fil-A near my home the last couple of visits, I decided while in Franklin...I would give them a chance to see if it is a consistent problem company-wide with how times are right now or not?! This location did a GREAT JOB with being friendly, efficient and the large order of Waffle Fries were met with satisfaction of freshness, fully filled container, overall pleased today, so was definitely worth it for a quick bite! Now, my local location needs to get back on track and on the same page! ???? ????
Always a good experience at Chick-fil-A. They have got the culture down and influence patrons to share in that culture by simple gestures like getting the door for another.
First time at this store and had a nice visit. Staff very friendly and helpful and good was as great as we expect from Chick-fil-A. Will keep this store in mind when in this area.
