Gator's Dockside St. Johns

Gator's is the BEST!! From a quick bite and some team-building after a game to family time each week (Friday nights for us) - Gator's never disappoints! It helps that Peter Q. knows our orders before we walk in the door, and he even helped surprise our daughter with Taylor Swift tickets on one of the most special nights of her life so far...it just feels like family when we walk in the door, and we couldn't be happier with the food, atmosphere and service. Five stars!!! Side note - tonight we left to-go food at our table on our way out, and our awesome server ran it out to us in the parking lot!!! Doesn't get better :)!

So the good first, the appetizers were amazing. Our drinks never were dry. We always had refills. Our server was pleasant but not overly personable. We ordered 15 wings. We got 13, and I have to say I don't know that I've eaten smaller wings in my life. Life they were absolutely tiny.

This has become a local favorite for me, whether it be for a drink or a meal - and with some entertaining nights thrown in for fun! Friendly family environment. Roomy space with booths, a bunch of high tops and a covered patio too. Comfortablr bar food - don't come here on a diet :-)
