The good news is that the good is tasty and can be customized to most tastes AND they've introduced me options like Taco kits for fun home experiences :-) The not-so-good news is that such personalization takes time if you're in line for eating in. My suggestion if taking away is to take the time to order online and save yourself some time inline.

Today, we ordered a Homewrecker burrito meal on-line - which happened to work correctly today. I picked up the order and took it back home. When we opened the bag, the burrito we saw was tiny. We actually measured it as the menu states the flour burrito they use is 12 inches in diameter. Ours, after stuffing with the 5 ingredients was just under 5 inches. I called the store and was told the flour shell is 12 inches and they cannot guarantee what it ends up being. I was then turned over to the manager and was told the same thing. So basically, my Homewrecker ended up being $2 per inch. Fortunately, the manager said bring it back and he would remake it. I took it back and he did what he said he would do. So, nearly 30 minutes after I ordered my burrito on-line, I had my burrito, but not a thing more. No apology or explanation - felt more like "let's get this guy out the door".
