McDonald's

Two times in a row I paid for extra syrup and they forgot. What’s so frustrating is I asked the lady who handed me the food and I asked did you add the extra syrup and she said it’s in the bag. She flat out lied. Two years ago best McDonald’s around now terrible!!!!!! New manager maybe , if so needs to be fired!!! Only can do one review but only took 21 minutes in drive through today. I hate McDonald’s but my kid loves it! So I’m stuck going to this lousy place…..

Looks at folks in office no customer service no greetings upon entering by anyone in that store , plus my food been waiting on me from a mobile order . Did not wat my sandwich yet to let you guys and girls no bout food taste I was to hot to do so before I did this .

I come here almost every morning (get over it, I don't have a coffee maker lol) to get my mocha frappe and sweet tea before my long a** shift. I park in the curbside parking (my app doesn't work in the drive thru nor the scanner inside), and the staff here is always so kind about bringing the food to my car. I want to praise in particular the gorgeous blonde manager that works in the morning. She is not only extremely nice, has wonderful customer service skills, but also seems to run her store really well. As far as McDonald's go, this the best I've ever frequented. Special kudos to the morning crew????
