Frutta Bowls

Waited 15 minutes for two small bowls to be made when there was no line or other orders posted on the board. The icing on the cake was when the girl sneezed while making the bowl and did not even turn away from the ingredients. I worked up the courage to request that the bowl be re-made. Awful service. While I love coming here, that was a dealbreaker. Such a bad experience that we lost our appetite and ended up throwing away our $20. EDIT: Dear Owner, I wasnt expecting an apology; thank you. You are correct. A mistake was made and it is my choice not to return and throw away the food. Yet, you seem to have overlooked an overarching theme in your 1-star reviews to include mine (service quality, cleanliness, and long wait times). That is sad that you choose to ignore that.

Have never experienced a better customer service resolution with any company. Had an issue picking up an order close to closing time (corporate had hours listed on the app that didn’t match the store). I frequent this Frutta Bowl, but it is a 30 minute drive. When I called the next day and spoke to a manager, she was very empathetic. The owner then called me shortly after, yes the owner, and they drove me my order and apologized for the inconvenience as well as gave us a couple of Bowl Cards for the time and gas. This is customer service at its best and why we should all always try and support local small businesses, even through the hiccups. The food is healthy and delicious and I couldn’t be happier with the resolution. I’m a customer for life!

Came in 10 minutes before closing , doors were locked … had to tap on the door to be let in for my online pickup. The girls in there were just staring while I sat at the door. If you close at 7 keep your doors open till 7 on a Saturday. If a customer walks in at 6:59 you take care of them. Simple business practice
