Our new favorite spot to stop at when traveling north. The gluten free ramen was to die for (pictures below) We can’t wait to go back! My husband loved his ramen and the spicy edamame. Our toddler was cranky since we woke him up and they gave us sweet potato fries to calm him
The service is good. The food is good. The place is clean. However, there were 3 or 4 people who cooked, and i felt they were watching us - not only our table, but they watched others too. We came around 5pm. The tables were full - this is the first time that i felt being watched while eating by the cook (ramen restaurant style where the customer can watch the meal being prepared).
Tonkotsu ranmen is good. The most genuine Japanese tonkotsu broth you can get near cincinnati. But tantan ranmen is little bit different from what i expected but it has own value. Also takoyaki supposed to be round shape.. but taste fine. Overall I recommend original tonkotsu ranmen. Definitely worth it. Deep rich flavor.
