Frisch's Big Boy

I have been going to friches for most of my life. The food they serve through drive thru is disgusting. Had to take onion rings back in the store. That’s when they told me they have a new batter for onion rings. It’s terrible. Then, I get home and my Swiss miss isn’t a Swiss miss! I was the only person at drive thru. This place should close down until you can make food the way it should be served.

The food was cold, I ordered a Buddie boy which mocks a “Slim Jim” but it came on a small hamburger bun vs a hoagie bun which the menu indicates. The quality of the food was disgusting. The salad had wilted lettuce and brown in several spots.. Regarding dates on the food in the refrigerator I would be very surprised if the dates weren’t expired or not dated for that matter. I have been nauseated since eating the food along with the company I was with. This location is close to corporate- I think corporate should do a surprise drop-in and have lunch there. This place should close.

We were here for my mom’s 91st birthday. 24 of her kids,grandkids,great grandkids& great great grandsons came. It was the best day for my mom. Alexis our waitress was excellent. She kept our drinks filled. Our meals came out as we ordered them & then she made about 10 hot fudge cakes for us. All came out perfect, hot & in a timely order. Thank you Alexis & the staff for making this a very memorable birthday for my mom.
