Fazoli's

I live in VA and I enjoy coming to visit my family in Dayton, Ohio and of course to eat great food. So, I was excited to try Fazoli's b/c I love pasta, pizza, and they had a drive thru:) The first day I ordered pasta and pizza that night. Pizza was okay, but the pasta was amazing and had garlic in it! The second day I went, I only got pasta, and it was during the day. The cashier who took my money looked sweaty, overworked, and not clean at all. I should have known, then not to eat anything I bought that day. I begin eating the pasta and traveled back to VA. I had to stop and go to the bathroom multiple times, my stomach was burning, and I kept shivering (my covid test was negative). I realized after going to the doctor I had really bad food poisoning (i.e., from uncleanliness.) I won't ever come back to eat here again. Management, please push handwashing amongst employees and not to have the same employee handling germy money fixing food. I thought he washed his hands since he disappe

Went to Miller Lane location, fast service, love the breadsticks and that u can order just 2 pieces of pizza vs a whole one. However for some reason my pizza had next to no sauce on it, only a little towards the back. Was still good though and side salad was good. Will go again if in the area.

I visited the drive thru on 10.21.22 for lunch 120ish. Waited in line a long time. Then the person at the window takes my cc and gives it back. I get my food ask for receipt. First he says it's in the bag. Nope. Then he comes back and says he can't find it, it must of blown out the window. I'm at the window. He never gave it to me. You should always give a receipt to customers. Food was good, lasagne was a little salty. Next time I need my receipt that's good customer service. He could of charged me anything.
