Culver's

First I'd like to say that I've had Culver's before in other locations and loved it. So I'm in no way knocking the company with my review. With that said, I must state that this was ridiculous. Not only did we wait for 15 minutes for food in the drive through after already paying, but we watched no less than 10 cars pull in, pay, and leave after us. That's fine. But once we finally receive the food, it was missing 2 items. Two whole meals I should say. So I had to then go inside to get that resolved. And worst of all, every single time of food we received was cold, as if it had just been sitting on the counter in a bag for 15 minutes or more before they remembered to do something with it. Terrible experience. Will visit Culver's again for sure. But never to this location.

Today was my second visit and the service was much quicker than my first visit was. I went inside to eat this time and there were only 5 people ahead of me but I got my meal within 10 minutes so I was happy! I LOVE the crinkle fries and the combination always-fresh bun and butter burger-YUM! I will definitely be back!

My first time having it. The food was good. The delivery runner was nice but had to go in and out of the store 3 times before we got everything we ordered. But...he was pleasant about it. The fruit coolers were delicious. Hopefully next time, I can give it a 5.
