I ordered two of the Cobb salads for my girlfriend and I since we had tried them at another location and loved them. Both salads came with missing and incorrect ingredients and when I took them back and explained, the staff was quick to ask what was wrong and head back to the kitchen. While I was waiting for the new salads though, I heard most of the staff complaining about me specifically and that I had taken them back and asked for them to be remade. I can't believe that especially while there were customers in the store the staff would be so rude and openly talking about customers like that. The food was still very disappointing after being fixed compared to other locations I've eaten at before and I won't be revisiting this one in the future.
Everything was wonderful for a visit with my granddaughter! The happy ending sundae is always a favorite. Something about this visit reminded me of going to Friendly's years ago. I really loved this return to a time when going out was fun!
The food was excellent. My friends enjoyed their meals and I had the Cobb salad. The waitress (Amber) was excellent! I request to have the toppings on the side and she put them all in individual bowls. She was great!!!! Excellent service.
