McDonald's

Ordered mobile for curbside pick up, got there. Waited for about 10 minutes. Went inside to get an update on the order and they said it would be out in 2-3 minutes. So I went back out to my vehicle to wait. About 10 minutes later still no food. Went back inside and it still wasn’t ready. About 35-40 minutes later I finally got my order. I could understand if they were slammed. But it was only steady. Not busy at all. No reason it should take 30-40 min to get two burgers and a large fry. This same situation happened to me last night as well at the same McDonald’s. Isn’t it supposed to be fast food? Not very fast at all if ya ask me.

You know that feeling? When there are multiple options for food? Especially when there are say 3 McDonald's in the area, and you choose amongst them where you typically go? Well, this is the "good" McDonald's. I have a McDonald's less than 5 mintues from my house. I always opt for this location. Service is steady and good. The food always comes out fresh and hot. My order is always correct. I see the dining area being cleaned regularly, and it is never overcrowded, atleast when I go. While other restaurants may off convenience whether through location, speed, or atmosphere, I can say with full confidence this location specifically has all of the above. I would rather come here and enjoy my meal than gamble on the quality of my food or my overall experience.

Burgers were fresh and timely. Fries were amazing hot. Order taker kept rushing and cutting me off when I was ordering and then didnt take drink orders for meals. The pies were cold. The lady that handed me the food included napkins and straws. She was very polite.
