Sonic Drive-In

Pulled into a parking spot, it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order and another 20 to receive it. This is supposed to be fast food. Meanwhile I watch drive thru moving at light speed. This is horrible. Update, I ordered thru your pull up at location #6883 and ordered food at 12:16 pm.  I watched cars come in after me and leave with their food and the drive thru line too but I didn't receive mine.  I pushed the button again to see what was going on 30 minutes after I ordered and the person that answered asked what I wanted to order like they forgot.  I spent my whole lunch break sitting there and asked for my money back.  They sent a young lady out with my refund and the excuse that they are short staffed.  I'm not pleased with that because they had enough staff to fill everyone else's orders but not mine?  That is unexceptionable.  If they would have said sorry and brought out my food instead of using the short staff excuse I would have been satisfied.

We absolutely love Sonic. The food is always great and the speed I'm which you get it is always amazing as well. We enjoy our trips to sonic and look forward to many more.

This place is fast and reliable. Taste is really good. I do really like the coney (one foot long hot dog) with chili. The drive thru is fast even if the line looks long. The only downside is that you won’t get service at your car after 9.30p so so, but you can use the drive thru and park just right in front of the building.
