Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

So sad, sad sad.... Drive through was an interesting experience. No name given said " hold on a minute I'll be with you soon". I'm o.k with it..until the 6 minutes in. Now I'm not o.k The guys with no name asks" what would you like to have".. I ordered 2 x # 1 meals with Pepsi. I got to the window...still waiting... Still waiting. Get the bag and park the car to see what is this Freddy's All about. Disappointment was iniment. The burgers were so full of mustard you could only taste that. Oh NO napkins! Discustingly over salted as well. Nothing of this Burger is like those pictures on the web site. The fries, and Pepsi saved Freddy's. Are they working while under the influence of apathy? Save your $20.00 and get something down the street. Kid-friendliness: Very salty food, WHY?

Steak burgers were fantastic, fries were on point and the fry sauces were great. Finished with a dirt and worms concrete for myself and a PBC & B sundae. Great service and very polite and courteous staff. We will definitely be coming back

I'll start off with very positives. The employees were very friendly and the custard is really good. Unfortunately, they have some improving to do. I don't know why but only the drive-through is open which means you're in for a pretty long wait. Ours was about 30 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger with only lettuce, ketchup, and mayonnaise. I received a very salty cheeseburger with a small slice of cheese, mustard, onions, and pickles. Not a great first experience, but hopefully, they will get better.
