Oh my, where do I begin. This was our first visit to this new store so we thought we would give it a try. So we ordered two double cheeseburgers, one with fries and one with onion rings. First, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our order. Once we received it, we were shocked. The burgers are about the thickness of 5 sheets of paper. The fries are shoestring potatoes. They didn't even put mustard, mayonnaise or ketchup on our sandwiches nor did they ask. Second, I am a combat veteran and noticed a picture of Freddy on the wall with his veteran hat on and so I asked if they offered a military discount only to be told only on Monday's. Freddy, if your a veteran owner and founder and are going to honor us fellow veterans, we should honor each other ever day not just on Monday's. Third, this place is expensive for what they give you. I've had better burgers from Burger King! To all Veterans and others, don't waste your money nor your time at this place.
Burgers were overcooked. Bun was falling apart either because of age or thawed out. Garbage pails too full to throw out garbage. No paper towels in men's room.
Read the reviews and yes should have known better. Decided to go through the drive through, no issues, 3 cars in front. 5 minutes later, line moved forward. Few minutes later we were next! Sat at the monitor for 5 minutes without any communication. Finally, man's voice came on and said it's going to be about 10 to 15 minute wait to order....after sitting in line for 12 minutes. Why not tell everyone the wait is 10 to 15 minutes right away? I understand the problem of finding anyone who can afford to work for minimum way at fast food place. But managing the work load is not excusable. Again, it's fast food and there are plenty of options. Do not make Freddy's drive through one of your choices. We went to the new Wendy's 500 feet away, ordered and received hot delicious double combo in under 5 minutes...maybe send your managers to the Wendy's training program!
