Chili's Grill & Bar

Wasn't the best experience. Order was placed, appetizer was ordered. They came out and was stone cold, so sent them back. Next thing we knew the rest of the order came out. We then cancelled the appetizer. One meal was ok but the other meal, the steak should have been medium and it was raw. Took a while for a fresh steak to come back medium. People were just not very polite.

Our food was good and the service was ok, but they could really use a deep cleaning. A dust bunny fell off of the ceiling onto our table, which is how I noticed the crazy amount of dust above our head. Unacceptable n disgusting.

Absolute KUDDOS to Tasha and the managers and employees at Chilis in Lenoir City, TN. We needed a restaurant that would accommodate apprx 40-50 people and Chilis did an AMAZING job. They made the entire experience wonderful. Mind you this was a Friday afternoon just prior to dinner hour and they still made it happen. I just can't thank the staff enough for what they did to accommodate such a large group. THANK YOU AND I HOPE that your entire staff is recognized for your success - it truly employees like you that bring quests back.
