Captain D's

This restaurant was about as unorganized as possible; the girl who seemed to be telling the other employees what to do was walking around chewing on a straw and was highly unprofessional, she just walked away when we ask her a question. The fish was overdone, the hush puppies were not done, the fries were cold, they had no ice, and the drinks in their machine were not cold, and we waited over 20 minutes for our order; there were only 2 more customers in there when we got there, one couple was eating, and the other man was waiting for his order. The one who was waiting said he had already been there over 30 minutes, and he waited quiet a while longer after he told us he had been there over 30 minutes. I would have given zero stars, but that is not an option!

Today's visit to Captain D's in Lenoir City, Tn. was absolutely amazing!!! The employee taking our order was speedy, accurate and friendly. The food was fresh, hot and plump and the portions were spot on! Visits to other Captain D resturants have been mediocre at best. At the Madisonville store we got crispy batter that was supposed to be fish, cold fries, and two or three pieces of okra. To me that is not a meal. The Gun Barrel Rd Captain D's in Chattanooga had their doors locked at 1:30 in the afternoon (although there were customers inside eating). I highly recommend the Lenoir City Captain D's resturant. Great Job folks ????????

The restaurant wasn't busy. It looked and was very clean. The decor was different than other Captain D's, nicer. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fish was right out of the fryer it seemed and was crispy and delicious. The staff checked on us while cleaning off tables which I thought nice as I don't usually get that in other fast food places. They thanked me on my way out.
