Fox's Pizza & Irish Pub Orland Park

We have always enjoyed the food here, however we had just a terrible experience last night. We booked a room for a 25 person party a week in advance. After we all arrived, we sat for over 30 minutes without being given any menus. We were given one pitcher of water to share between all of us. We had kids who were getting cranky and tired, I finally went to the front and asked if someone could at minimum give us some menus to look at so we can get some appetizers. The woman asked how many people were in our party, when I told her, she scoffed and said she cannot give us that many menus. And then she did nothing. So I prompted her again, and said how many would we be able to get? She said the most she can give us is three. I then looked down at a large pile of menus in front of her, and asked if that was typical that 25 people who have already been waiting for 30 minutes with no one offering us menus, would then have to spend a lot of time passing them around the table? Food was great. Service was on point. Every time we ran out of drinks they were bringing replacements we never had to ask for anything it was always on the way or already there. Waitresses were very nice. Atmosphere was good. Not so busy for a Sunday. No wait. Prices are okay. Like 15 to 20 for a pizza for 2 to 3 people. I loved the corned beef sandwich! It was piled with really fresh and tasty corned beef, as well as coleslaw and cheese. What a yummy surprise. I did not get any sides nor fries because that would have made it pretty pricey. They were very crowded on Labor Day, but the service was pretty good. I would go back.
