Giordano's

My husband ordered Giordano’s for our family for dinner last night. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were told that they didn’t have an order for us. We had them search by name and phone number. For a minute, I thought maybe he’d placed the order at another location and had just forgotten, but after checking our email, we’d placed the order at the Orland location. We informed them that we had the email confirmation and that the order was indeed placed at their location. They again informed us that they didn’t have an order for us. We had them do some extra digging and search by the order number, and our order was eventually found. This process took much longer than it should’ve. When we got home and my husband played the pizza for us, I was beyond disappointed. There was a very thin layer of tomato topping. The pizza definitely did not taste like the Giordano’s that I’m accustomed to, and to top things off, both my husband and I woke up with bad stomach aches this morning; this

Best Chicago Style deep dish. Always good service. Could be set up to be more quiet (open dining room) and very fast food looking inside. Very affordable, especially if you just get pizza and soft drinks.

My first ever deep dish experience. Server was trash unfortunately but the food was life-changing, thank you. The sample appetizer platter was to die for they had a little bit of everything and all of the sauces/dips complemented the fried goodness. Deep dish pizza is not for everyone but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
