They were short staffed and not terribly busy but the waitress was nice but very absent minded. My lady ordered the cowboy burger, medium rare. It not only was well done but burnt on one side and only had onion rings and cheese on it. She had to bring out 2 pathetic pieces of bacon and the BBQ sauce later. My mom's burger was also well done and she ordered it medium. We will not be back to this establishment ever. And I will recommend to others to stay away. Their excuse was that the cooks were from a different location. A cook is a cook, it's a trade. You should be able to cook anywhere and watch beef temperatures. Never again!
What a fun little brewery! Friendly staff. Clean environment we arrived when it was not busy at all. We ordered a patty melt and mushroom burger. Our water was always refilled promptly. We had the berry apple cider!! That is definitely delicious and worth taking a growler home! The meals were ok. I had read good reviews so I am hoping this was just an off day. The burger was ordered medium and arrived dry and the mushrooms were super cooked/charred black. The onion rings were okay, not too greasy. I would try something else on the menu if I were to return.
We were regulars when this place opened as Growlers USA. We enjoyed it for a while then it began to fall apart. It took us a while to return but so far, so good. Wait time for food and order accuracy were always a problem, but not today. Service is friendly, wait times are reasonable, and they have a good beer list. The tri-tip tacos were terrific. They also have a great patio with beautiful views of the Catalina’s and the sunset.
