The food and the atmosphere is great! Their pork chops are amazing, they had just ran out of baked potatoes but they suggested that I try the brisket fries and they added a rib. The ribs are so tender the meat just falls off the bone. The people that own the restaurant are so nice and they make sure you have everything you need. The customers are friendly as well. We will definitely be going back. If you are looking for delicious barbecue and great conversation with good people, definitely stop by here in Waxahachie, TX.

I love this place. I eat here almost daily really. Brisket is miost and tender., Ribs are deliciously peeling off the bone with an awesome tender bite just how i love em, the sausage link has a great flavor with a hint of spice. All of the sides are so good. Just like home, obviously made with love. So wonderful! Hands down the best barbecue I have ever had!!!!

I had "The Truth" baked potato. I must say it is as advertised. I also had the "The Truth Kool-aid ". Very good as well. I also had a two meat plate with sides and I have to say that the ribs were very flavorful. The amount was food for the price was good enough for me. Overall this place is a hidden gem for BBQ.
