It was fast, hot and fresh. Not bad for a low budget Olive Garden.. lol
Ordered 2 grand samplers added salad and drink to both, and ordered 2 small spaghetti's. The GRAND SAMPLER and small spaghetti came in the same sized container! Usually the samplers are divided into a four compartment container or similar sized container, this was ridiculously small, not worth the $60+ we spent. And the bread sticks were burnt in one bag and dry and crunchy in the other. 2 out of 3 orders have been extremely disappointing, but this has been the worst.
Willis was fantastic! He was running the lobby & drive thru and made sure orders were correct while also keeping the lobby clean & stocked. We love Fazoli’s! The food is consistently great, the staff are always wonderful and the food always comes out hot, fast & correct. We will definitely come back soon
