Fazoli's

The food came out correct and tasty. Their Cesar salad, is... interesting. Came with a party of 7 and the food came out in a timely manner. Restaurant is clean and it didn't take long for the tables to get clean once people left. The bathrooms were clean as well, which is a struggle for most other restaurants. Overall it was a nice experience. I would come back for sure!

I usually have no issue at all at this location as we frequent it often but for some reason today it was AWFUL to say the least. I waited at the window for 6 minutes before even being as to order. (Never even greeted me to say they someone would help me soon or anything.....That should've been my clue to keep moving.) ???? After paying for my food, I sat another 13 minutes before I received my food. That's right 19:34 to be exact!! I have pictures of my phone timer connected to my car, because my husband happened to call as I pulled up to the restaurant--- to verify how long this took. All I ordered was a Spaghetti with Meatballs meal with a slice of pizza and a coke for my teenager! It's almost as if they had to go pick it up from elsewhere to give it me. ...and to add insult to injury the cashier was as RUDE as they come. No customer service at all but as she handed my food to me made sure to smirk a, "Thank You!"Just absurd. People don't have to eat at this restaurant you know!!

We have never had a bad experience at this location. Our orders have always been correct, and steaming hot. Every bad experience we've ever had has been a delivery issue (Uber Eats). They always only bring half our order, and since they already got their tip, they just shrug when you ask about the rest of your food, and they walk off. This last time, our delivery driver, Mubarack O, couldn't have cared less that he brought only half our order and blamed it on Fazoli's. When I called Fazoli's, Jeff answered, and he knew exactly what we called about. He said all the food was on a rack, ready for the driver to grab. He said when he walked out and saw that the driver only took half the order, he tried to catch him, but wasn't successful. He asked if we'd be willing to come in for the rest of the order, and he took really good care of us. Jeff exceeded the standard of customer service, Uber Eats and Mubarack, not so much.
