Bunch of incompetence at this Arbys. Fire the employees because they are putting out trash food and ignoring customers orders. Will never eat another Arbys meal. Worthless. Deserve less than minimum wage.
Picking up a DoorDash order from this location. The sign outside said that the dining room was open so I parked. Two employees saw me, ran to the door and locked it before I have a chance to make it there. It was 10:30 in the morning. I go through drive thru for the order and waited another 20 minutes for the order that should have been done a while ago. When I finally got the food and drove off, I noticed several employees in the dining room eating meals. Kind of ridiculous, will be declining orders from that location. It wasn’t even my food but I was also disgusted that employees were handling food without gloves. Service was seriously poor, super unprofessional.
