At the drive thru yesterday afternoon 8/29 I ordered a whopper with extra lettuce this is what I got. It was absolutely Disgusting!!! Manager was at window #1 looked like he needed a shower and very unfriendly. Been coming here for years and it's going down hill !! They lost my business
This is an average BK. We come for the coupon deals. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are decent, sometimes the door is locked with no sign why. Sometimes they smile and look you in the eye, sometimes you hear yelling or complaining from the back. Food is usually hot and accurate. Prep does take awhile. It's relatively clean...most visits. It's not bad for a BK. It's just not great. Parking: Easy access parking, more than enough spots
Sat in line at drive thru for 18 mins waiting on whopper w/ cheese only. Only to get a whopper with out cheese. New Manager is needed quickly.
