Given the wrong soup for starters, and the little cup was less than half filled..... come on, you can't, at least, fill it with the wrong soup? Sandwich was just meat chucked on a bun, nothing else. No mayo or cheese or dressings. Won't answer phone either.
Donesha is an excellent employee that places an emphasis on customer satisfaction. I’ve had several experiences with other Even Stevens locations not preparing my orders correctly. Every time I come to the Cottonwood location, Donesha makes sure it comes out in the bag exactly as I ordered it. She was kind, polite, and did a great job. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the higher level of service this location provides. As for the food, it was top notch, as usual. The sauces were amazing, food was warm, and it only took 15-20 minutes on a busy Sunday afternoon. Will certainly be back. Highly recommend this Evens Stevens location compared to others. Thanks for the phenomenal food and quality customer service!
Worse than mediocre. I ordered the BLT sandwich and it came out on toasted wonder bread. Took 15 min to come out and we were the only people waiting. Tots were cold and not well cooked. Soup was meh. It truly felt like I was in a high school lunchroom. Needless to say for two soups, sandwiches, and drinks it was $40. Unimpressed. Also, parking was a pain for no real reason. Also, this mayo is making me nauseous
