The food keep good, but lately the food is coming less and less. The salad was drastically reduced in size, the strawberry that always was a delight in this restaurant, came a mini-small-little strawberry. Being disappointed with this Fort Union store.
Stopped in with my daughter. She ordered a salad. The girl working did not ask if she wanted a full or half but proceeded to make a half salad. Personally if someone ordered a salad I’d just assume they mean a full salad. (Especially when a Zupas full salad would be considered a half salad anywhere else) anyway when the cute girl at the register asked her to make it a full she literally turned and rolled her eyes. So rude and unprofessional! She added more lettuce and nothing else. Used to love Zupas but won’t be returning anytime soon.
Without any ceiling panels, if the restaurant is full it is very difficult to hear.???? The food is wonderful. There are times I wished the workers would listen more carefully to my instructions. ????
