El Pueblito Patio

Excellent customer service by the owner (Eduardo) himself, as well as his staff. On this particular night, Emilia was our waitress and she took care of us and was very attentive. It felt like a very personal dining experience because Eduardo took time to have a conversation with us (like always), and asked for feedback on the food, etc. The food and drinks were excellent, and the presentation of the food was superb (look at the photos). It’s always such a pleasant dining experience at El Pueblito Patio - and the food is delicious! Absolutely love this place - and even more so when we can dine outside in the cabana seating area. Recurring customer here ♥️♥️

Both times we've been there on what should be busy evenings, the tables were empty. There is no hostess to greet you. Employees just walk by you like you're not there. We had to ask to be seated for a reservation we made, although it clearly wasn't needed. There was 1 large party on the patio. 1 server! We had our drinks and left. So very odd because the place looks like it could be so much fun. This was where my fiance & I had our first date. We just thought maybe we came on a slow night a year ago, but it was exactly the same service a year later. I'm confused, is this an actual restaurant or an event rental place??? FB & Instagram pages are very misleading for this place.

Worse experience, steak smelled and tasted rotten. We exchanged it for something else and they didn’t bother for a discount. Their steak is $27 and only includes 8 oz steak, a scoop of rice and a salad…. Service was bad, and the worse is that they already include 18% of the tap (In my case $60 in just tips) Reason why the waitress only showed up twice to the table. Won’t recommend for a big party.
