I have only eaten here a couple of times. This particular one I’m not sure about. Everything taste Soso, nothing too exciting but definitely has the El Pollo Loco flavor you’re looking for.
Healthy food options but they get the takeout order wrong too often. Lacking basic quality checks on the food as it's being bagged.
they should train their employees. they cut the portion to the half and doubled the prices. So, well, that's why you won't improve and you have just couple other locations! if you cannot handle the business, just get out from food industry. this location is one of the worst. everything was horrible. I would give 0 star, but it is impossible
