one of the better Bill's Cafes (I've tried Cambrian, north san jose, willow glen (the worst), Rose Garden) spacious indoor and outdoor, spacious parking lot, good selection of food, attentive and accommodating staff, good food, good-sized portions. Salmon Bagel was great.
Saturday morning brunch at 1030. Lucky to have no wait. We sat in the covered patio. Service was good. Cinnamon roll French toast was super good. Buttermilk pancake was also very good. I got it for me and my son ate most of it. Large portions. Shared an omelet and upgraded pancake instead of toast. They give their toast with butter so make sure to ask for dry toast if you don’t like butter.
Bill's Cafe is always a reliably high quality breakfast chain with a great selection of breakfast choices. While they tend to have long waits, if you choose the right moment you can get a seat almost immediately. The place is always clean and professional with great service. You'll likely find something to eat which you enjoy and you will feel comfortable in well equipped establishment.
