Food was delicious tons of options to choose from, and the service was great. My daughter loved the robot that showed us to our table! Kid-friendliness: Variety of kid friendly foods available! Kid's will love the robot!
I had driven right past this E-Star multiple times, thinking it would be like any other E-Star in the Houston area with poor quality service, bland tasting food, and overall negatives across the scoring board. ???? Yet, my family and I decided to give this place a try given its high 4 to 5 star reviews. I am glad I did. This establishment has achieved something that no E-Star ever did... it provided excellent service, a gorgeous atmosphere, and most importantly, delicious food! 10 out of 10 off the bat. ✨️ The Positives ✨️ 1. Excellent service: Staff was kind and provided my family with plenty of refills and guidance on how the establishment works. Especially because they have a neko (cat) themed service robot that (if you are lucky) will take you to your seat. ????⬛️ 2. The food was delicious, for each dish they offer each has its own personality and clear demonstration of the dedication the cooks put into making them. 3. I love it here! Very good for any age ! I know everyone is talking about it but the robot that leads you to your table is so cool it is a cat and can also say the weather and tell a joke! Now for the food, it was great I loved their green beans and their spicy general tsos their ice cream was also good! They have good options. Service was also nice asked us about every 7 - 10 minutes if we wanted a refill , which I appreciate! I managed to take some pictures and a video of the robot but I did get a couple of stares! Kid-friendliness: Good and entertaining for kids!
