New mgr/supervisor guy that was working on Sunday 6pm 4/16..... give that guy a raise! He was running back and forth, getting everything done, being very nice and even funny with the customers. Guy seemed to be doing the job of 5. Much better experience than the last time we were here several months ago.
Sat in drive thru waited 5 minutes just to watch them to take 2 cars on the other side ahead of me never answered me backed out went to the other one waited for the guy to finish his order pulled up and a car pulled up to the one I left they took their order. I asked for the manager and the cashier got the manager I was explaining what happen just to have the cashier to start raising her voice at me and the manager allowed it so I left without paying I will not go back which it doesn't matter but they need help and customer service experience including the dumb founded manager JOHN Parking: Na
There's not much to say about Burger King's they're kind of all the same the front counter people were polite courteous got the food quickly
