*Lots* of coffee grounds in my coffee. Was the most disgusting experience to open the coffee lid to see what remained of my coffee swimming in an inch of coffee guts / grounds. Oh and they gave me someone else's order with that coffee as well. That happens every 3rd time I visit this place. That isn't nearly as bad as causing me to puke from swallowing coffee grounds ????

This Dunkin Donuts gets my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! I gave them quite a few opportunities to change my mind but at this point I will never go back to this location again. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they put the wrong cheese on it. When I went back through to ask If they could remake it the guy tried handing me a piece of cheese and asked if I can just put it on my sandwich myself! Another time I waited 10 minutes and ordered a sandwich on a sesame seed bagel which they put on a croissant. Went back around, waited another 10-15 minutes and instead of making a replacement when I got to the window the guy wanted to see my sandwich to make sure they made it wrong. I hope the penny pinching is worth losing a customer forever. My wife and I would regularly spend $20+ at this location but now I’d genuinely rather take the time to drive to a different town for dunkin
