KITARO GRILL & SUSHI LOUNGE

I’m not a sushi expert but the food here was great, 5 stars for the food. The place itself was clean and well done, 5 stars for the interior design. It was almost empty when we went, maybe 1 or 2 other people but our waiter was incredibly slow. He took at least 5 minutes just to get our drink orders and then we had to flag him down to order our food. Okay, the waiter is a bit slow on a Monday night but at least we’ll get our food quick right? No, we had to wait no less than and hour before our food came. 1 star for service. If you want quality food and have plenty of time to spare, then I’d recommend it. If you don’t have time, don’t come here.

Walked in around 4:45p. Hostess barley even moved from her seat until I mentioned I was here to dine in. Sushi roll was good though and very well done.

Low key places for sushi and hibachi style meal. It was pretty inexpensive and everything was tasty. We will be going back. The crab Rangoon were amply filled and had a surprising ratio of crab to cream cheese. Typically other places skimp on the crab. So this was a pleasant surprise. My cousin had shrimp and steak. I had steak and chicken. We both preferred our chicken and shrimp to the steak but the steak was not bad. There were some yummy noodles mixed with our veggies which was also a nice surprise.
