Table service not supported at this location. 0/3 on our table service orders. (They were left at counter) Location should remove table service from the app and eliminate table numbers, if not supporting this. No self serve drinks at this location, so have to wait at counter for refill. Also display monitor for eat in orders and take out orders is non operational.
This place has a great the play place area. It’s always clean and our kid loves it! However last Sunday morning we waited 15 minutes for 1 happy meal and 2 sandwiches. Everyone seemed to have the same issues waiting a long time for food. We joked that we should go thru drive they next time and bring it inside the play place area as that would have even faster.
Very very busy, Long wait to order, Long wait for food. But staff was friendly and competent and the restaurant was clean. Only downside was App wasn't working properly. So I couldn't get the deal I wanted. But overall, A solid 4 stars!
