The WORST Duchess in CT!! Every time I go and ask for a hamburger kids meal with ONLY ketchup they screw it up. By far the easiest thing to make. A burger on a bun with ketchup. But they always put cheese and pickles on it. Shelton is the best Duchess around so take your business there its WAY better and they never mess up your orders.
Never had any issues during lunch, but dinner service has declined. Orders have been incorrect. Don't leave without checking your takeout first. I hope they pull through and get things correct.
Amazing how fresh the food always is nothing is ever pre-made that is what I call real food thank you guys u ROCK!!!!!
