This is truly the worst Bk around. The egg sandwiches come with half an egg- yes- not even a whole egg!! The same manager used to work in Shelton and the minute she left- that location started to improve and put a whole egg (which is what you’re paying for). The ansonia location is poorly managed. Missing food and not even accurate orders. Going to stay with the Shelton location. They need to seriously talk with the manager that left Shelton to run ansonia. She is ruining it. Also- they don’t answer the phone. So u can’t even complain. Hashbrowns are old and recooked and taste so stale. They fail to give you a receipt so you can’t complain. They should be shut down and inspected. Absolutely will never return

This BK should close its doors. The owner is desperate to save money. This should be labeled as slow food. For real. Only two employees every night. I did not see a third. You order and have to wait minutes. Burgers are halfway done. I will not be surprised if they close!

My french fries were mostly small pieces and tasted like dirty fryer oil. My ten piece nuggets weren't any better two nuggets from the same bag, one is crunchy and hard and one is pale in color and looks undercooked so it tasted like soggy breading and had a strange taste to it. Not sure why we attempted to get this BK since anytime we ever ordered through Uber eats half our order wasn't given to the driver and one time we drove there and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes when employees were inside and no one helped us at the drive thru. They have gone DOWN HILL!! Definitely not even worth the 5 minute drive to get there just for disappointing food, it's a waste of money.
