We’ve been ordering from here for years, we try to give each bad experience the benefit of the doubt and try again, but no more. The rice was overcooked and mushy, also had zero taste, I ordered sweet & sour chicken and they didn’t give me my sweet & sour. I also ordered the chicken noodle soup, it was gross and I didn’t even eat it. My husband ordered boneless spareribs and they were nasty and rubbery. We’ve heard plenty of excuses from the restaurant and we try again because we used to love it, but now it’s time to find a new one. Any suggestions?

Good food but they forgot forks nd napkins

Just wanted to let people know, if you request hot sauce, soy sauce which comes standard with your meal ( not extra) they will charge you $ 1 per packed, no lie. At the office, we ordered a few meals. each person was charged $1 for sauce packet and $1 for a plastic bag per meal. Mind you it was delivered in a paper bag in a box. They do not tell you this. Just want ppl to be aware before they order.
