Excellent lunch in an authentic Italian restaurant. Escargot stuffed Mushrooms, manicotti, gyro salad, fresh sesame bread, wine, and I implore you to try the almond dessert. The service is welcoming and caring.
The place is a dump, the food is terrible.I had the worst chicken parm, it was stringy, tough, dry the sauce was tasteless. I sent it back and got Eggplant which was at least edible. The gyro salad was a joke, 3 slivers of meat mealy tomatoes, terrible sauce. I don't know how anyone could say the place is good. What an awful day
Nice, intimate atmosphere; friendly servers and great food. Owner was a bit awkward but he meant well. Apparently, his wife does the cooking and she's damn good at it. I really enjoy Mom&Pop restaurants and avoid corporate franchises as much as humanly possible. It makes me feel good to support local small business owners. Overall, eating here was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely come back.
