My usual go to is the Taquito Kid's Meal which can still daily be enhanced with salsa, fine dicd white onions with fresh cilantro,salsas and lime squeezes. Side of child's small churro and self refillable a cold mango tea for $5.99 make .e happy. I switch it up for Taco Tuesdays when a clue of Cabbage piles on perfectly fried fish tacos come under five buçks.of yum.
I got the corn bowl with chicken which interestingly contained little corn. What it did have a lot of was black beans, like a third of it was black beans, which felt like filling the bowl with the cheapest ingredient. That wouldn’t bother me if it was cheap, but for $12 it did. Also some of the pieces of rice were hard and I had to spit them out. The unexpected star of the dish, black beans, were slimy. I liked the flavor of the chicken but didn’t get much of it. My take is overpriced for the quality of food and poor preparation. Also had one of those flip around screens that asked for a tip on a takeout order. Staff were nice though.
Went there a few days ago, GREAT fish tacos, I almost got another round. The workers were very kind and helpful. I'll be coming back.
